Steady Culture is responsible for personal information collected through enquiries, client work, memberships and written communications. Questions can be sent to hello@steadyculture.co.uk.

This may include your name, work contact details, organisation, enquiry details, service and payment information, documents you choose to provide and communications by email or WhatsApp. Please avoid sending unnecessary employee information during an initial enquiry.

Why information is used

Sharing and service providers

Information is not sold. It may be shared with carefully selected technology, hosting, payment, professional or legal service providers where necessary. Email, hosting and WhatsApp providers may process information outside the UK; appropriate provider safeguards and settings should be used.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, contractual records, insurance, legal obligations or the handling of a dispute. Access is limited and reasonable security measures are used.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of personal information, and to request portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

The current website does not intentionally place non-essential marketing cookies. Hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technical data. This notice will be updated before analytics, account access or payment systems are introduced.
