Terms

Website terms.

Effective September 2026

Information only

Website content and free resources provide general HR information. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice based on the full facts of a particular case.

No client relationship from browsing

Viewing the website, downloading a free resource or sending an initial enquiry does not by itself create a consultancy relationship. Work begins only after scope, fees and applicable terms are agreed in writing.

Accuracy and availability

Reasonable care is taken with content, but employment law and guidance change. Users must check current requirements and obtain specialist legal advice where appropriate. Website access and downloads may be changed, suspended or withdrawn.

Intellectual property

Steady Culture branding, wording, guides, templates, downloads and website content are protected. They must not be copied, republished, sold, uploaded to template libraries or used to create competing materials without written permission.

External services

Links and third-party services are provided for convenience. Steady Culture is not responsible for third-party availability, security, policies or content.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Steady Culture is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website information without an agreed consultancy engagement.
