Membership and resource terms.

Permitted use

The original member or purchaser may use a licensed resource internally within their own organisation, adapt designated editable templates for that organisation and retain working copies for legitimate business use.

Prohibited use

Resources must not be resold, redistributed, shared outside the licensed organisation, uploaded to public or commercial template libraries, used to train competing products, stripped of branding or passed between unrelated businesses.

Watermarks and purchaser identification

Resources may contain visible watermarks, licence codes, member details or order identifiers. Removing or obscuring those identifiers is prohibited.

Membership boundaries

Resource membership provides the materials and written support expressly listed for the selected tier. It is not an unlimited HR retainer and does not include complex case management, investigations, substantial drafting or legal advice unless separately agreed.

Current information

Employment requirements change. Members remain responsible for checking that a resource is suitable for their circumstances and for seeking current legal advice where required.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for misuse, non-payment, attempted redistribution or material breach. Ending membership does not remove the continuing restrictions on copying and redistribution.

Paid membership terms

Prices, billing dates, cancellation arrangements and any refund rights will be confirmed at checkout before paid memberships are activated. Those checkout terms will form part of the agreement.
